This activity is a lesson for young people who will become leaders in the future. Moreover, if we talk about energy, this is a mandate or task that they will carry out in the future to achieve Net Zero Emissions.

The hope is that there will be more workshops like this so that not only young people but also industry and various parties, so that more people are aware of the energy transition and can have an impact on accelerating the energy transition policy itself. Today I learned three things, namely:
1) learn how to formulate policies in the energy sector;
2) understand the perceptions of each stakeholder related to the energy transition; And
3) study energy mix data in Indonesia

We hope that with this activity between Nexus and the Provincial Government and students it can run even more brilliantly because we from the government also hope that there will be innovation from universities in Surabaya, East Java. The hope is that we can implement it

The role of youth is very important in the policy making process, especially advocacy. Moreover, Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus in 2045, so we need to involve many young people in decision making. Young people also have the power to be social of change, iron stock, and social impact

The Policy Case Competition is a very comprehensive activity. Through this activity, we are taught how to think critically, think effectively, and how we can find solutions to existing case studies. This activity is a starting point for young people to contribute with their fresh ideas to energy policy formulation
